From Desk of PC KVK's are playing a big role to improve the economic profile of farmers , farm women and rural youth by means of organizing training courses, conducting demonstrations and on farm Research trials and other transfer of technologies through publications , Radio/ TV Talks and organizing Kisan Melas and extrainees- Sammelaens.
About KVK BathindaKrishi Vigyan Kendras are the district level farm science institute for speedy transfer of technology to the farmer's fields. The Krishi Vigyan Kendra's aim to reduce the time lag between generation of technology at the research institutions/university & its transfer to the farmer's fields for increasing productivity and income from the agriculture and allied sectors on a sustained basis.
